Why good customers go quiet Nobody owns the list Names sit in the booking software and the invoicing tool. No one's job is to write to them.
Leads that didn't book hear nothing Someone asked for a quote in March. Nobody followed up, so they called whoever did.
Past customers forget your name A year later the yard needs work again, and they search "near me" like they never met you.
The result? You pay to win the same customer twice.
The retention loop One system, six jobs it does every monthSitting quiet Booked again
1 Step 1: Capture
Every visitor gets a way onto the list A signup that asks for an email and gives something useful back.
2 Step 2: Nurture
New names hear from you in week one A short welcome series, so the first email isn't a sales pitch a year later.
Welcome Day 0
What to expect Day 3
Seasonal checklist Day 10
3 Step 3: Reactivate
Customers who went quiet get a reason to come back The list is sorted by last visit. Anyone past their season gets a reminder written for them.

Why work with me You work with me directly One person who knows your list — not a rotating account team.
Your list stays yours Export it any time. Leave any month and take everything with you.
Consent first Only people with a relationship to your business. Bought lists are refused.

Frequently asked questionsWho will I work with? Me — Edwin Lovett. I write, build and send your campaigns, and I'm the one you talk to.
Who do you email? Only people who have a relationship with your business: past customers and people who asked to hear from you. Every contact carries where it came from. Bought or rented lists are refused.
What does the $500 Pilot include? One campaign to the list you already have — written, designed, approved by you, sent from your domain and measured. If you continue, the $500 is credited in full to your first month.
Is my list mine? Yes. It stays yours, and you can export it any time. If you stop, you leave with everything.
What does "targeted impressions" mean? On Audience Growth and Growth+, media is a defined number of display impressions with the geography, audience, device, frequency cap and dates written down. It's never sold as a vague budget.
How are results measured? Each report shows sent, delivered, clicked and booked, and where each number came from. Opens are shown with a caveat, because Apple Mail's privacy protection inflates them.
How do I cancel? Month-to-month, with 30 days' notice. No long contract.
